Purpose of Terms and Conditions:
This section aims to delineate the rules and conditions that must be adhered to by anyone using our website and engaging with it. These terms aim to protect the rights of both parties, namely the users and the website, and ensure a smooth and secure business experience for everyone.

Protection of Interests and Sensitive Information:
The presence of terms and conditions provides us with a means to protect our business interests and sensitive information, such as intellectual property and users' personal data. This includes measures taken to maintain confidentiality and security.

Pricing:
Regarding prices, they may change either by increase or decrease, depending on the discount rate provided by the supplier. Payment is made in the Jordanian Dinar currency.

Returns:
There are several reasons for returns:

If it turns out that the item does not match the specifications listed in its description.
If the item arrives damaged.
Note: Requests for returns must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Refund in Case of Return:
It will be provided in the form of a bank transfer, whether inside or outside Jordan.

Cash on Delivery Limit:
The maximum cash purchase upon delivery is 100 Jordanian Dinars. If the order exceeds that amount, prepayment is required through one of the payment wallets, such as Cliq or bank transfer.
